BOOKING THE CHATEAU
Prior to a booking, the house needs to speak with a prospective client, so it is not just a case of booking a holiday by reserving the time on a calendar, there are things to discuss and get right. This system/modus operandi affords all parties a clear, un-ambiguous opportunity to make any/all bookings through educated choice and not the usual,’ WE’LL SORT IT OUT WHEN WE ARRIVE’ which is the attitude of so many operators these days and is one of the reasons for so much client dissatisfaction within the holiday market in these times. Your holiday is as important to the house as it is to you, therefore, we can pursue schedules and dates once the contact has been established. If, however , it is a return trip a simple e.mail and contact is all that is required.
To avoid dissappointment, it is advised that you attempt to reserve a place for your holiday by the end of November at the latest because the availability becomes more and more difficult after that date.
